company Vereniging Veilig Verkeer Nederland (VVN), The Dutch Traffic Safety Association. Its motto is ‘Helping everybody safe across the street’.
was looking for A premises that was located centrally in the Netherlands with good accessibility via public transport.
found The UIA assisted VVN during its search for and viewing of various premises. It chose a modern premises in Amersfoort, near the train station, thus increasing its accessibility to employees and volunteers. | | Jeroen Kempen, manager of the Management department of Veilig Verkeer Nederland: “In deliberation with the UIA we drew up a schedule of requirements. Besides offering accessibility, we wanted the premises to be practical and to have an open and transparent look and feel. And needless to say, it had to be financially feasible. The UIA drew up a shortlist of four premises, two in Utrecht and two in Amersfoort. In the end we chose Amersfoort. The contact with the UIA was very pleasant to say the least. They show themselves very flexible, act as a sparring partner and do not have any vested financial interests. Added to which, the UIA has many connections with the municipality and province that other parties lack.” |
