Real estate agencies and the Utrecht Investment Agency (UIA) largely share the same objective: helping companies find an optimal business location in the Utrecht and Amersfoort region.

Having said that, we do not manage any real estate. The UIA functions as ambassador for Utrecht and Amersfoort by providing free support and services to companies willing to set up a business in The Netherlands.		 For this purpose we closely collaborate with partners and local and regional real estate agencies. At no charge, we provide your customers with exclusive access to:
  • analyses and reports on the regional business property market
  • environment and SWOT analyses
  • benchmarks
  • presentations of office and/or business locations
 
UIA has a broad facilitary and commercial network at its fingertips. At a regular base, we introduce new companies to our network after they have found a bespoke establishment. In this way, they can easily start their new business in the region. The UIA can also help clients of real estate agencies set up their company in the new region.
